Need help QT15 Mazatrol T-32

Used lathe bought... Unfortunately, Programmig Manual & Alarm List are missing.

Urgent: Please about Alarm 44 description!!!
Can anybody give where I can download / get Mazatrol T-32-2 programming manual/alarm list/parameter setting ?



Of course, I cover the expencies.....

Photo shoots of screen would be enough ...

alarm 44 is a parameter error, open control cabnet parameter list should be in there.
go to parameter on machine and check all parameters, machine parameter are the most important ones , you batterys are going bad and losing values

Dear AKELLEY, thank you for your response. It is not so easy you wrote. As I mentioned, it appeared after purchase and shipping of machine from UK that some parts of manuals are missing and the seller says: sorry.
Indeed, during the period of transportation some parameters changed to asterisks (weak battery). I need to restore the T-32 parameter settings. For me would be sufficient to get the scan or photo shot of Parameter List....

Every machine has there own parameters setting set by mazak.
I have them for my 3 QT15's but I do not think there will be rigth for yours.
Each machine is shipped from the factory with a sheet of parameters settings in the control cabinet.
There are about 3 or 4 sheets of parameters, Send me your email address and I'll make a copy of my parameters settings and send them to you if you can't find yours.

If your unlucky enough to have a machine (QT-8 T32B) without the hard copy of the parameters, where can you get a copy? I have contacted the previous owner but no luck there.

still no luck finding a parameter list huh? did you at least get your control re-initialized? this is bob, we talked last week and i sent you the procedure to do that. did it work and have you replaced your batteries yet? as i mentioned i know a customer that has a qt8 but i am not sure which control he has> if you want me to i will call them and find out for you. let me know.bob

I didn't have the chance to do the procedure prior to leaving on a Trip so I'll do it on Tuesday. No I haven't heard back from the previous owner if he found them yet. What ever you can find would be great. Can I get the parameters from either Mazak or Mitsubishi based on my serial number?

DAVE, yes i am sure you can get them from mazak, i dont know how much they will charge you tho or how fast you can get them. i will try to call the people i talked about on monday to see if they can help with parameters. the thing is i am pretty sure they have a t-plus control on their machine. if this is true then it wont help you at all. mitsubishi will not have the parameters as that is only done at the machine builder side.
