New Mazatrol controller does not have serial port. Instead of this a USB port is available. Manual says this USB can be converted to serial. Any idea how to do this?

Talk to Mazak. They have the USB to Serial adapter and a procedure on how to do it. Do not just buy any adapter. Not all of them will work and you may go through a couple before you get one that works. Your just best off contacting Mazak and getting a known working adapter as well as the procedure.

Why not just use the USB? Just use a memory stick. Or hook up the ethernet...

I still need serial port. I have connected this machine with a wireless tracking system and it needs a serial port.
