Quicker 2 spindel

Dear sirs

We work with sqt 250 Mazak Lathe and also have gildemeister lathe.

But what seems to be a big time consumption is pick up speed for part from main spindel to second spindel.

I was wondering if it´s possible to speed up 2 nd spindel pick up.

i was told in mazak school that there is only one speed for transfer rate.where are you located?

At the shop i work at we had to slow it down because we could not run the machine above a rapid of 2 or the slide cover would come apart. So we slowed the transfer down so that we could run the rapid higher. I cant remember exactly how we did it but i will try to figure it out and get back to you ASAP
