Parts for 4th Axis Mitsubishi Meldus MVO-0

Hi Guys,
I am looking for parts for a Leadwell MVO-0 milling machine fitted with Mitsubishi Meldus control.
The machine is all wired up for the 4th Axis, but there is no servo amplifier card etc.
Has anyone got any of these parts available for sale,or knows where i can get them?
Do i need an amplifier unit to control a 4th Axis if the rotary table has its own power source for the motor?
We have a 4 Jaw self centering chuck and machine the splines for crankshafts in the horizontal on the bed between centres.
Once again can anyone point me in the right direction.
