Mazak VTC-160 A servo malfunction

Hi, my mazak VTC-160A had circuit breaker failure at main DB. after we changed the circuit breaker, there is error in the machine.

SERVO MALFUNCTION

i had checked the transformer supply to the machine and the transformer inside the machine,all of them fine.

we can i find the mitsubishi servo amp maintenance manuals?

how to repair the machine???????

i'd tried to follow that link,seems it's been moved...

meau.com is still there,i'm looking at it now.
You will need the error code off of the servo amp.
Open the cabinet and look at the controlers.
They will be in an E stop state but one of them will have an alarm code.
E7 i believe is e stop.
F is the number of the controller in the chain.
One of them will have a code that is not E7 or an F number.
