Does anyone have any idea why we'd be getting a 285 alarm, "c axis connect exceed time" after we've just done a part transfer to sub-spindle and have faced the part with lower turret and then tried to mill with the upper turret. The machine is an Integrex 100-IIIST with MTPro. Our program is in eia and we've traced it down to the M511 command from linking the spindles. We have a M512 called out thats suppose to cancel it well before the mill callout. If we remove the M511 and M512 then everything runs fine. Thanks |
