loose column on h-400

I noticed that when I take heavy cuts the tool starts to chater and little at the top of the colume. So i put an indicator at the top column and leaned against it. I picked up .002 of movment. Is there a way to adjust or tighten this. Or is this a mazak design problem.

I'm guessing you have linear guide ways as opposed to box type ways? If so the guides can be replaced. This is not cheep nor is it an easy job.
