Backlash parameters for AJV with M2

I'm trying to adjust the backlash on the Y-axis on my old AJV25, but I don't have the manual with the parameter addresses. Does anyone have a similar machine/controller. I realize that some of the same style and control are different addresses, but any help would be a start. Mazak hasn't been much help.

We have a VQC with an M2 control, i will have a look at the parameter list in the morning for you.

Was you able to get your backlash adjustments made? I have the parameters, just need to know the correct application of the parameters to get rid of my backlash, at least as much as possible.

Can anyone else "show me the way to tighter tolerances" on this control?
