Hi All. I do hope you don't think I'm canvassing, but was just letting you know that recently I set up a forum dedicated 100% to Mazatrol. If you get stuck here, it may contain an answer you were looking for. We only have a few members to start with, but they seem really hot on their Mazatrol knowledge. It is located at www.lindsayhart.co.uk/mazatrol or you can find it through a (soon to be finised) Mazatrol website Hope this might be of some help to you. Happy programing Matt Last edited by mattlindsay; 02-28-2006 at 08:03 AM. Reason: (mis-type) |

| im currently being trained on a mazatrol 640 3 axis vmc. im learning through repetition/practice. the mazatrol fusion 640 programming certificate obviously hasnt helped a lot. learning this control coming from a fadal is kind of similar to trying to learn windows only having known dos. mazatrol programs are easy to write for simple ops but just getting familiar with the screens values and functions takes a lot of repetition. very different from the straight g-code im used to for 3 axis mills/wire edms. anybody have experience with mazatrol on a 5 axis machine? |
