Recently put in a Leadwell MCV 760AR with 4th axis. Got it powered up the other day and after clearing a few alarms it has been jogging around fine. Today it brought up the following:
S03 Servo Alarm 046
The mill powers up fine and the hydraulics come on with the interlocks disappearing on the control screen on the x,y & z axis. You can jog the bed around fine. After about 20 seconds the hydraulics drop out and the alarm code appears. The interlock sign for the 4 axis has never gone.

From an alarm list I can find it says that this is a "Either the motor or the motor side detector detected an overheat".
