mazak VQC 15/40

Our mazak VQC 15/40 with mazatrol M2 controler has a problem selecting tools. the couresal keeps rotating without selecting tool . this is an intermiten problem as somedays works ok and others not

have to try an get some as would be a big help

Need a tool in mag photo sensor. Does anyone have one for sale, the correct cross reference or a place to purchase other than Mazak
