    Mazatrol 640T

Machine goes home in both the x and z axis, but when the operator runs any programs he gets a 120 alarm that says "120 soft limit +x" as some as he hits cycle start.
I know close to nothing about this machine .He mentioned that he did change batteries with the machine powered off, could he have lost some parameters for this.Stepping through the parameters I do see some different ones than listed in the list that came with the machine.Does someone have the parameter number for the soft limit alarm so I can check it out?
    Thanks
    Dave

If you have a Fusion 640T, there is an internet card in it that Mazak can connect with and up load the correct parameters that came with it. PSharp1

Could be a tool data error and the index parameter is set to index X clearance position and you have a 0.0 in one of the tool set numbers. Make sure parameter P17 is set to 1
