Hi Guys,

A little help here, my tool carousel is stuck under the spindle, cant get any thing to move on a tool change?, any suggestions?? meldas control what is the m-code to return carousel home????

The tool change arm and any other M-code are passed to the PLC.
The PLC logic is programmed by the OEM (Mighty in this case)

Other than an M06 there's no m-code that maneuvers the ATC in
segments.

Hopefully you have a maintenance manual for the machine. What
needs to happen is that the ATC needs to be realigned to its
standby position. This is usually done at the top of the ATC, where
a clutch is disengaged and the arm rotated manually.

Is your machine throwing an Alarm code? My guess is that it
would be, and the alarm would say something like the ATC not in
position.

You can contact Mighty (they're on the WEST COAST) and probaly get
a maintenance manual that shows how to recover from a missed tool change.
