Need Help!- mazak qt 200 640T back up parameter

i have mazak QT 200 with control 640T PC FUSION CNC, now alarm ILLEGAL PARAMETER, how i can get back parameter?? could i read parameter on Hard disk of PC?

You may be able to check if there is a backup of parameters on the Hard Drive of the control. Go to Data I/O page and press Hard Drive button. Press Directory Select and choose one of the directories from the list. Press HD Content button and then Start. If Machine Parameter highlights then that would be a backup of parameters. If it does not highlight try to select another directory from the Select Directory button and check the contents again as before. Hopefully you can find a copy.

You can also check the electrical cabinet for a floppy disk that may also have a backup copy of parameters. To check you would do the same steps as above but press Floppy instead of Hard Drive.
