Need Help!- MRj2-100-CT Turret Unit

Dear all,
mazak QT200 all condition ok ( x,z axis and spindle are normal ) except the turret unit can not rotate when give command, on mrj2-100-ct unit led show B1, as far as i know when normal condition must have C1 code on unit. tq

Hi Andra,

are you sure it is B1? Not 61?
If 61 it means reference point return unfinished.
What about backup battery?
You should run Mitsubishi software and check Alarm Display screen.
Tell me actual alarm please.

sorry for late reply, on unit show b1 not 61. On mr-j2 setup software not have alarm.

In my manual there is no alarm B1.

dear Gabor,

following the instruction manual, this condition not indicate have alarm, but have incomplete initialization when start up, something like waiting some signal for make the unit in ready status, i look on diagnosis monitor on mr-j2 setup software SA & RDY output signal is turn off, i try to replace with other unit still same.
