Mazak powermaster (Fanuc 6T Series B Controls)

Hope you all can help, running a program spindle runs perfect. When we try to job or run the spindle in manual, no luck. Mazak Power Master Fanuc 6t series b controls, spindle drive is fairly new. Almost seems like its a short somewheres. But dont have the electrical diagram to even start tracing anything.
