I'm running a mazak integrex (1999) turning center,(4axis lathe, with milling) I can get a Mazatrol main program to use an ISO subprogram, but I can't get a mazatrol MAIN program to run a mazatrol SUBprogram... Any help would greatly appreciated... ...Thanks, PS, I will post the correct controll soon...I think it's an integrex 35..??.. Last edited by BeanO; 10-20-2005 at 02:54 AM. | Integrex 35Y is the machine, ... the control would be Fusion 640 or Mazatrol something. It should say on the monitor bezel. The sub should work. I don't think this is a parameter issue, not for going Mazatrol to Mazatrol anyway. You do have a sub created for the sub number you're calling for right? What alarm, if any, do you get?

| In the end of the main program make an "end" sequence there you have 6 selections "counter " "return" "WK No" " cont" "NUM" "shift" punsh in the name for the sub program no under "WK No" select 1 under the counter select 1 under return and 1 under cont an do the same in your sub program only put in your Main program no under WK No I hope this vil help you! It works on an integrex 200sy with an 640Mt |
