mazak 640t decimal format parameter ?

looking for parameter to control decimal output.
example input 5 and get 5.0 mm not .005mm and variable page with e-03 format.
looked for parameter to switch to least increment but i am not seeing it.
any info appreciated.

EIA/ISO Parameters F91
Set bit 5 to 1
This will move machine 5.0 increments instead of .005 if there is no decimal point
