Need Help!- Mazak and bar feeder questions

I've been using this site for help and always found useful information. I finaly registered today, and imagine that, I'm already asking for HELP!!

I have a Mazak quick turn with the Fusion 640t control and a SMW SpaceSaver 2100 bar feeder. Our sister company had this set up and they only used it with Mazatrol programs. We are using EIA programs in it and now we want to use the bar feeder.

My question is...Can someone give me a sample EIA program with what I need to utilize the bar feeder? (ex. M-codes..sub programs...etc.) I have very little Mazak experience so I am completely lost on what I need.

Please make a main program and top cut program as follow

Main program
exp. program number 10

G0 X..Z...( stopper position )
M6 ( chuck open )
.... ( bar feeder push material )
M7 ( chuck close )

Program cutting

Top cut program
exp program number 100
G28 U0W0
G4X3. ( 3 second dwell time )
G0 X..Z...( stopper position )
M6 ( chuck open )
.... ( X3D signal ON)
M7 ( chuck close )

you can use a mazatrol sub program forget the exact codes but pretty simple
