I have been fighting for a while to get this machine up and going. I feel I'm getting close but now my parameters are garbage from being down so long. We have the parameters saved on a jump drive (or so we're told) by the last mazak tech that came in years ago. I put the jump drive in a computer and there are two files with cm2 extensions. I have no way to open these and the only connection to the machine we have is ethernet cable. I have no idea what to do from this point, and mazak never seems to have anyone available to talk, operator says she'll have someone call and they never do. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |

CM2 files are generated by a software that mazak has (i think its called MDTwin) that acts like a cmt box, but instead you can save onto a computer. you are going to need someone with the that software to come in and loaded it in. |
