M64A alarm

hello,

i have a problèm with my cnc machine mustang MV30 (meldas 64).
the monitor diplays only the cursor. before, it displays battery low for a long time (10 days)... i think the data is erased from the plc. i tried to buckUp but nothings hapens because i don't have any thing in the screen

i tried Ram clear but nothing.

the M64A control displays Alarm : "A" flashes two times then displays "5" then "0" and it's repeat it self.

please help me
