Hi guys. we're currently using mazak cnc lathe machine mazatrol pc fuzion 640T,until we encounter this kind of alarm.anyone know on how to eliminate this and what could be the cause? |

| It's definitely a problem with your servo system. One of your drives should be flashing alarm 43. If there is another amplifier/drive with the same model number (MDS-....) try to swap it. Make all the connections the same but make sure you swap the rotary switch settings between the drives (little blue switch behind a door towards the top of the drive). If the problem follows then it is in the drive. If it does not follow you may have a problem with the encoder as this is a feedback alarm. |
