FH-8800 mazatrol fusion 640m coolant

hi guys

we have a problem with our machine's coolant system.

as you know , M51 code turns on in-tool coolant system, spray system (I don't know exact explanation but I think you understand )

when the machine processed the M51 code , coolant turns on after machine finished placing the previous tool in the magazine and it takes about 4 second. but meanwhile , machine starts to move to the workpiece without coolant.
operator can put a time delay to program, but it effects the production in huge amount.

so do you have any advice , to eliminate this coolant delay?

I hope you understand what I mean.

I attached a picture ( sample code ) , please look at this.

thanks

You could try putting a m code unit in before this unit.

I have seen this with pumps that have some age on them...
The tolerences inside the pump open up and pump will no longer hold coolant in the lines... It basically drains back thru the circuit when pump is shut off... It will take a few seconds to get from pump back to spindle level and by then your tool will be in the part... I have installed a check vave right after pump outlet to retain coolant in lines while doing tool changes and what-not... it worked for me in a pinch... usually a sign that your pump is wearing out.... And eventually you will have problems with the pump not wanting to prime after filter changes and tank cleanouts....
