Hey guys. My VTC-250 with Mazatrol control does this funny thing every now and then... 90% of the time when i have the Reinshaw probe in. Setting up my workzones for the probe program to dial in my part center, and its as if the controls die. no movement in any of the axis with the handwheel, rapid, home, mdi, nothing... machine doesnt move. I just shut the machine off, home it and its all fine, any ideas why it does this to begin with? Ive called Mazak and our usual trouble shooter mechanic guy, and both gave me some ideas in the past, but it doesnt seem to really help... Has anyone else had any issues with this? or anything like it? Im current on a rush job and yea, need some answers lol  |
