Newbie- Putting Tools into magazine and registering it

Need help, i have a Eumega vertical milling machine with a vertical double arm automatic tool change (24 magazine) and a mitsubishi control from Taiwan.

we have been using this for only single manual tool change so this means the programs are "post" individually and the each tools are registered one at a time ONLY at tool #5 "T5". There are a lot of idle time wasted in manually inputting everything. It is not automatic!! and i think its a waste of money buying the Automatic Tool Change without using it.

My goal is to make it fully automated. I want to use the ATC so that during night time so it can still work.

My BIG problem is i only know how to put one tool into the spindle, i dont know how to put the tools into the magazine and register it. so i appreciate it if anyone would make a comment step by step procedure on how i can do it.

1. Do i need to write a program in order to place each tool into the magazine and register it. if ever can i have the program?

2. what is the order last tool in first, or placing the tool according to the written program.
