I CAN SEE IS THE SENSOR AMPLIFIER MACOM BKO 73001 BUT I do not know if Numbers Are Missing
Have someone MAZAK NUMBER OR SENSOR NUMBER

Are you sure it's the amp? the tl card , magnet, or receiver could be bad. I'll get the numbers for the amp tomorrow.

1 more thing I forgot was the PLG card. somehow some way I have seen the voltage change just enough to cause problems. Especially when dealing with 1.0605 VAC and VDC +/- a wee bit!

dame mas informacion del drive a ver si te puedo dar tips para que soluciones la alarma.
si es tipo PLG con disco dentado puedes limpiar tanto disco como sensor, y la separacion es de 0.006"
