Problem- freqrol fr-se problem

I have a mitsubishi freqrol fr-se spindle drive that let some smoke out the other day. I checked all the components and replaced the bad ones except the dk434 hybrid ic on the se101board. Mitsubishi wont sell to me or even the local electronics repair shop. Does anybody know of a source for these or have some used ones that i could buy? I'm a hobby guy so a $2500 board repair is pretty much out.

Can you check if it is your DK434 or not??? there is a procedure ofr checking those bloody DK434.
I have repaired few weeks ago mine and there was also few IGBT damaged, check also your IGBTs.

I have replaced two of the 3 igbt's in the back. One had a large crack in it and the other tested bad. Also replaced some 100 ohm resistors, diodes and one c2939 transistor just to be sure i got them all. The dk434 is also bad i know cause its got a big crack in it and puked smoke on the capacitors. I also contacted mitsubishi and went through some of their testing pages but its no go cause the dk434 is bad. I appreciate the help. thanks

If you did test all the dk434, do you know how many you may needed??? the crack does not mean the the part is not good.
Any way send me your e-mail then I will send you his details in China, I bought from him dk434 and those were second hand but in a good condition.

Its running again, after replacing igbts, diodes, resistors,transistors and 3 of the hybrid IC's. I'd like to thank all who helped, it is greatly appreciated.
