Hi, I have a M500 Series controller with a MDS-B-CV-300 power unit. Some time back, I had a SV01 0071 instantaneous stop external emergency stop alarm. This basically gets the MC1 contactor to open up. Bypassing the alarm by setting rotary switch to 1 and feeding the contactor with the 120V and ground directly (normally ground passes with Contactor pin A2_____MC1__/ ___Ground). That blew the power unit so we replaced the power unit by the same model as well as the contactor. It ran perfectly for two weeks but now the same error occurred again! No clue what else to do.
