helical spiral interpolation

Hello, does anyone know if I can do helical and spiral interpolation at the same time? I need to make a tapered bore 63.5mm long. it is 36.2 at the small end and tapers 3.175mm on the diameter per 25.4mm on the length.
I was wondering if I can use G03.1 in EIA to do this. The machine is a new HCN 6000 Horz mill with nexus control (like Fanuc 0m)... Any help would be appreciated..
