we have a problem with our sqt-15msy. it has started to index out of nowhere sporadically when knowone is around and turns the coolant on as well. we have chain locked the door and left turned over the weekend and noted which tool sation it was on. come in on monday to discover it has indexed and the coolant was on and running. we initially thought our operator was going crazy but there is a problem for sure. we have had mitsubishi in and replaced the drives twice. they now want us to send the entire control for them to look at. has anyone run into this before??  |
