please help, mazatrol qs30 cam t-4 not working

i have "quick slant 30" , i had operation problem , i'v canged the card battaries , and now the machine is working i can hear it . but as i push the operate botton in the bottom of the screen , i see green light and i dont see nothing on the screen, just short white line . and when i stop touching the botton the green light is gone and i dont see even the short line on the screen, i i can steel hear the machine cooling her cards. so i cant work with this , its not even moving abit , its like the machine can not operate the compeuter . please some one have any idea? i loose money every day
