my company just bought a mazak 640 t fusion i'm trying to mill a hex on a 1/2-13 bolt the flat is 1/2 wide x appox .134 deep the end that i'm milling is 1' cf 1215 stock ....from corner to corner is .750 could somebody please at least get me started I only have 3 axis x,y & z i have 3 live tooling holders 2 sraight an 1 angled thank you Mike J.  |
