Mazak 610 problem

Hi I have a mazak 610 with two heads, with maztrol 32-6 controller, Actually is not working because an alarm 28 PRINT CIRCUIT BOARD MALFUNCTIONING appers and I can not reset it, someone knows how ti fix it, thanks.

if you are getting this alarm, it probably means you are getting some type of alarm on one of your drives. the most common one for this is a 17 on the Spindle drive. sine this a 32 controller (not sure wether mill or lathe) it will probably have a FR-SF drive, the board that causes the 17 on the drive (28 on the NC screen) is usually the SF-CA card. you could check your voltages on this board, also try taking the board off make sure on the contacts on the top are ok. another thing on the SF-CA card there are test pins. one is labeled CH1 check to make sure you have 5VDC.

HI cruiser 1821, the alarm showed in the X & Z amplifier is 17, I already check the voltage 5 VDC is OK. thanks.
