Need Help!- ALARM 136

HAVE NEWER NEXUS 510 C 111 AND WAS MILLING SOME SLOTS IN SOME HEAVY TUBE,DID ABOUT 12 PARTS ,NO PROBLEM AND THEN WHEN DUE TO ADD CHAMFER AT END OF LAST CYCLE, I GET ALARM 136,SOME INTERLOCK AND IT STOPS EVERTHING,TRIED TO RESTART CYCLE AND IT GETS TO THE SAME POINT AND SHUTS DOWN AGAIN,BOOK SAYS TO CONTACT APPS AT MAZAK ,BUT THEY DON'T RETURN MY CALLS IN ANY AMOUNT OF REASONABLE TIME,HOPEFULLY A REBOOT TOMMORROW AM WILL DO SOMETHING,BUT IF NOT DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS?

You couldn't get a more generic alarm....

Basically, a condition is not being met by machine or program so the machine stops and basically is in a "feed hold" mode.

My guess.... if you're programming in Mazatrol, check you surface speed you programmed this tool for.... It may calculate to something faster than your spindle can go. Since the tool never attains the the programmed speed... the program doesn't continue. This usually gets many people.......

Another one is coolant type..... like trying to command a coolant/air command your machine doesn't have.
