Mazak v 7.5 with mazatrol M2 Will not start.

After having my machine idle for some time, while I was getting my spindle drive fixed, i tried to start it. When I turn the power On, the damm thing run away on the three axis simultaneously for about 10mm, then it stop with an alarm.
Any Ideas on what may be the problem?

The machine was off for about 2 months.
the reason I had to rebuild the spindle drive was because I had a major short on the drive power supply and the drive cpu went as well. I spent $6000.00 to have it done.

The machine does not have any alarm to clear , when i turn it on, all axes move in the direction opposite to what they should move to reference it (X axis go positive, y axis go negative, z axis go negative and 4th axis moves anticlockwise.) It then stop and give me alarm 4 servo lag excess 4th axis.

Thanks
Vladimir

Sounds like you lost feedback on all axis. Look for something common like a defective feedback card (FX06) or 12v lost to all resolvers.
