Hi all, Need input from all of u out there regarding a problem we are facing right now with our Mazak lathe machine. When performing threading, the feed that we commanded should be equal to the pitch we require. However at this moment, the thread that we get after machining is half the pitch we commmanded in the programme. For example for 5TPI, we command E0.2(inch) but we will obtain 10TPI. In order to get 5TPI at this moment, we have to command E0.4 FYI the machine was running ok with E0.2 before this. Appreciate any input for the sifus out there. Thank You |
