| Hi, I have a problem with my Mazak VQC 15/40. Control, Mazatrol M32 YOM, 1990 In the program, when I put 1mm tool surface speed per revolution, really moves 0.1 mm per revolution. When I turn the fourth axis 1 degree, actually rotates 10 degrees, 5 degrees, rotates 50 degrees and so on. This is also with the program. When I measure the height of the tools with the tool eye (arm type), the measure takes is ten times more than the real. Thanks in advance. |

| There is a parameter (#9 depending on control) that is named UNIT*10. It may be number 9 in user params on your console, if not look for the param by the UNIT*10 name. I think you may have inadvertanly set it to on (highlighted on screen) |
