Need Help!- Mazak ST40N ATC Alarms

Hello Everybody,

Machine: Mazak ST40N ATC
Control: Mazatrol CAM T-3


Question1:

After homing (first X then Z or first Z then X) the following alarm appears;

102 STORED STROKE LIMIT -X

What is the reason? Should I change a parameter related to soft limits?


Question2:

This machine has also a C Axis but it is not servo. There is a gear system that can rotate the chuck min 1°. It has no interpolation with other axes.
Now the machine shows;

257 C-AXIS OR SHIFT LS MALFUNCTION

And the led on "C-AXIS I/O" key blinks. Can you advise?


Question3:

Do you have a list that explains all the parameters one by one?

The first problem is definitely a soft limit problem. Change the parameter.

Also, I'm in need of parameters for this machine. Would you be able to help me out??

I have the same 257 alarm. Any advice?
