Hello I have been offered a Chevalier VMC that has been fresh water flood damaged The water went about 1200 deep 4 feet deep Power was off When the water went the machine had all the guards removed hosed out rinsed with diesel and then WD40 It has not been powered up since What are the chances of it working without a huge amount of electronic repair? Will the servo motors be likely to be filled with water? Thanks for all your help |

| The motors have been flooded ,and will need to be taken apart and cleaned as well as all other motors the pumps and all cables could have water in the cables. It is a huge risk as far as the electrical go ,unless you are wanting a huge project that will take lots of time and money to fix i would pass and thank them kindly for there offer. The control will have been flooded also i am sure there insurance company wrote it off as a loss. It would be better to part it out on ebay for the screws and spindle and what ever else you could salvage. |
