Need Help!- Mazak measuring system tool.

Hello everyone.

Machine: Mazak VQC 15/40
YOM: 1990
Control: Mazatrol

I have a problem with the measuring system tool.
When I bought the machine was used and started to repair some parts, I had to change the taper bearings and sensors of the measuring tool arm wich it was disabled.
Now it works fine, but do not take real action, it takes real measure multiplied ten times more than real , for example, a tool of 50 mm in height, the machine believes that measures 500 mm in height. How can I solve this?

Sounds to me that you may have an issue with a Parameter.

Will get back with you if I can find anything that may be of some help.
Re-check all parameters again would be a good place to start.

Yes, I think you're right.

One of the biggest problems I had, was the loss of parameters, I could fix after searching for hundreds of hours, manuals and information about Mitsubishi and Mazatrol parameters online.

I suspect that may be it is an "R"parameter , but the information I have about these is very poor.

Opps, I forgot to mention it is a MAZATROL M32 cnc control.

I have a suspicion that may be the F91 parameter bit 0 and bit 5
Anyone have an idea? Please.
