Need Help!- qt 30 lost parameter

hello..
i have 1 machine qt 30 tplus controller . the parameter for this machine lost. i already key in back the parameter machine can on and zero return but still have alarm chuck type not selected . anyone can send to me the parameter for i double check.

Try looking for a switch that says internal or external chuck. Just toggle it from Internal to External then back and that should clear the alarm. Sometimes this switch is located in the electrical cabinet in the back and other times it's located inside a small little door on the operation panel where the DNC connector is located.

thank for sharing. for information i already do toggle the switch but still not reset the problem. i hope you can give another solution.thanks.

Try moving the switch and then pushing the foot pedal three times, then flip the switch back and push the foot switch three times again. This should clear the alarm.

Hi,

Do you have the PLC Ladder Manual? If so, try to find the L Parameter for chucking type selection INTERNAL & EXTERNAL.
If you get it, you can try forcing it in I/O Monitor screen.

thank.fyi when i toggle the swith in io monitor it was changed but it can't release the alarm.
