Need Help! Mazak PFH 5800 spindle technical drawing in detailed needed! - CNCzone.com-The Largest Machinist Community on the net!

Hi everyone,

We had a problem with our mazak PFH 5800. We determined that we have to use leaf springs in the spindle, but when we looked at technical drawings in parts list catalogue, we could not find a detailed drawing of spindle which shows us detailed position and assembly of leaf springs, even you cant see the springs on the drawing.

I talked to local service of mazak, but i do not think they will return me sooner, and maybe never for economical reasons

So I need your helps.

Hi we had the same problem with are 4800. I had to replace the springs on the shaft. When you order the springs from mazak it comes in a kit. I will try to post a pic for you it will be a lot easyer to see.
