Mazak m plus control Parity error

Hello add this happen back in 2009 and it went away
and now its back and need to find out what my be the cause of it

its kind of funny how this happens but I can make it happen every time i do this

step one open a program and try to use the auto set for the speeds and feeds

hit it once and all is fine go back and try it again and Wham out goes the control and the screen show what is in the first pic Parity Error

then when i restart it as error 2nd pic 411 Power off during program edit

pic 3 is in program at the point before the control shuts off

pic 4 is the auto set button for the speed and feeds

pic 5 is hardware alarm screen

pic 6 is alarm messages

and if the machine is not at home 1 it will not find zero again in less you
manually move the ball screws to the limit switch in x y & z with the power off
because the end coder thinks it at zero

is there away to move the servo past zero as where the encoder thinks it is at. manually

thanks for your time

speed

Your program area might be corrupt. Can you back up your programs? If so you might want to try to format the program area. To do this just do an "all erase" under the program button. Take caution though as this will delete all of your programs.
