Newbie- Mitsubishi Wire EDM SX10 Contact problem

I have a Mitsubishi Wire EDM SX10 that was previously on another site, it was transfered to my site and was installed by ourselves, when we finish we tried to run the machine but we are getting an error, T211 that says 30 sec contact I look on the manual an it says to clear the short-circuit o check for cut workpiece dropping.

Since we havent cut anything, the second one shouldnt be the problem. So the machine should be in a short-cicuit. How can I clear that short? Does anybody knows?

Checked wire evacuaiton? Any little grounding maybe cause.

Yes I believe is a grounding problem since we install the machine and we have a ground tagless wire that didnt know where it was screwed. and a "G" tagged wire that didnt found where to screw it.

Salve, ho comprato una Mitsubishi EDM FX10, (purtroppo senza nessuna garanzia), quando è stata piazzata , mi sono accorto che una scheda era stata completamente privata di tutti i relais, e alcuni componenti, la scheda, è un alimentatore, sulla scheda la sigla è.
