I'm working with a Mazak Nexus 410a II VMC. I have a 3-d tool path, scalloping a arc. I want to have 3-d tool offseting on this tool. On the option page of the mazak,we have EIA 3D option. Is this the correct option to have? Do i need post work to get the right code? ( Hx Hy Hz ) Is there another/better way to have 3-D tool offseting on xyz? Any help is appreciated. Referencing 12-5 in the Programming Manual for Mazatrol matrix nexus. Last edited by wfcpain; 01-07-2011 at 10:01 AM. Reason: Clarify |
