Question AJV25 M32

I have a AJV25 with a M32 control. I lost all parameters and software from bad batteries. I have replaced the batteries on the boards (2) and the larger 6.2 vdc motorcycle battery in the door. I have replaced the power supply that charges the large battery in the door. I can load the first disk and the control will boot. When I try to load the parameters the control will not boot and gives a parity alarm like the battery is not keeping memory.
