Need Help!- Mazatrol T_PLUS no display/no start

I have a Mazatrol T-PLUS which after a long weekend won't start up properly.
Turning machine ON_OFF a couple of times it solved the problem but like to fix it if i can. Problem when is dead :
No display and no ready light is coming ON. Red light on QX722 board which piggybacks the QX141-1 CPU.
Battery accessible from front of the controller shows 3.009 VDC (OK)
Are there more batteries in this controller?
Any suggestions? Does anyone has a complete schematics for the controller:QTL25L NC M515LWY5397

Can I take out the power supply module for servicing, without loosing my programs and reference ?

You can pull the power supply out for a short period of time (less then 30 minutes) and you should retain all of your data. Beyond that it is a gamble if you lose data or not.

What is the procedure re-install the control?

sorry I left the company before got fixed
