Does anyone have a written procedure for removing the turret pins and alignment on a Mazak QT200? Also on the older machines I remember that you loosen the turret bolts, remove the sheared aluminum pins, align the turret with the tapered steel pins and then remove steel pins and install new aluminum shear pins in and tighten it all back up and you good to go. Is this the same procedure? Thanks Dave |
