I'm not 100% sure, but on a fanic / fadal , to do repetitive tapping:
G0 X0.0000 Y0.0000 Z0.1000
G84.1 X0.0000 Y0.0000 R0+.1000 S900.2 Z-.5 F28.125 ( Feed is the pitch times the 900 rpms a 32 pitch would be 900x.03125 = )
x0.0000 y0.0000 s900.2 z-.8125 ( must be a length of the pitch on some models)
x0.0000 y0.0000 s900.2 z-1.125 ( and ten more threads )
G80
start at .1 above the part and goes .5 deep then 10 threads then ten more. it will always retract to .1 for each depth.
We have to call out the speed on every line if your going into the same hole deeper.
You in the machine your working on maybe in a macro.
you must be able to replete by just calling your taping cycle at the depth of pitch deeper.
Maybe that's why you think it does not replete at the spindle location.
