mazak rookie in trouble heeeeeeellllllllpppppppp

hi all
my boss just baught from a bankrupt a fjv 200 whith a fusion 640m control whith no book of operating or programming
we just finish to intall it friday

we have a tool lengh probe (i don't know how to use it)
and i don't know what is the lengh between the probe and the table

i am a g-code guy (11 year fanuc)

what i want to do is from the z home to the table let say -15.0000 inch in tool lengh and in my g54 put like 6.0000 in z positive

and i have a a tool offset page is it for the D for the g41

if some one could help before tomorow i would apreciate

forgot

where i can go to see the go to line in program and distance to go in eia please

and last question when i call a tool ihave to say like t6t6
the 1 t is fore the curent tool i want and the other it the other one i will get later ?

i have like 4 screen

but it diferent of yours

because they still have old program of the old owner

in position i have only like the g54 position

It sounds like our machines are too different to be able to give you any meaningful information.

Mine uses a Renishaw Probe with feedback which "Teaches" the material position to the specified work coordinate.
And the auto tool length measure arm is set to record the measured length back into the tool data file.
There is no manual inputting of length or position on my machine, unless it's repeat fixtured in which case I can write the previously recorded work coordinates directly into the appropriate WC group.
